  1. How does an organization become involved in HIVQUAL-US Program?
    Ryan White Treatment and Modernization Act grantees receiving support through the Part C or D   Program are eligible to participate.  The HIVQUAL-US Referral form must be submitted. To download the referral form, please click here.

  2. Can I receive on-site TA from HIVQUAL-US and the National Quality Center (NQC) at the same time?
    All grantees can receive materials and resources from the NQC and participate in the various training and educational programs.  Grantees, however, cannot receive on-site consultative TA from HIVQUAL-US and the NQC at the same time.
  3. What the expectations for participating in HIVQUAL-US?
    Grantees are expected to meet with their project consultant on a regular basis, and conduct a quality management organizational assessment on an annual basis.

    4. How is HIVQUAL-US funded?

    HIVQUAL-US is supported by a cooperative agreement administered by the Health Resources & Services Administration’s HIV/AIDS Bureau.
